We went for speckled trout at sunrise and they cooperated. Chartreuse Corky Soft-dine XL was the trick fished around mullet schools. Trout were aggressive and we had several over 20″ We waded very shallow on the rising tide for redfish. They we in the oyster beds feeding on small crabs but shrimp worked well for bait. The really big reds were hard to keep on because of the oyster shell cutting the leader of 20 lb. fluorocarbon. it is all part of the game.the water was 72 degrees so I waded wet. it was very comfortable.
